It is not possible to know who voted what from a database point of view. So don't ask for your vote to be removed/ammended, once it's in, there is no way to distinguish it from other votes. Vote are allowed every year.

• Prevent the same person to vote more than once per year

• From home, invite as many people as you can (including yourself) from the company you work in
• At work, read your email, write down on a paper the 6 digit activation code
• Back at home, log in and vote on the website by providing your work email address and the activation code.
• Make sure your review & remarks doesn't give away who you are
• Don't tell anyone at work about the website
